NEW WORK - FLEXI WORKING
back
Flexi office
Flexiplace office
Administrations which run on flexi working - working hours freely determined, workstations freely chosen.

Most staff do not have a workstation permanently assigned to them, but take a new place each day - depending on functional requirements.

They keep their personal work documents in a so-called "flexi case" which is locked away in a "flexi wall" in the evening - but also taken with them when travelling on business.

Workstations are centrally managed and allocated to staff as required.

Non-territorial office
Nomad office
Administrated office
Office rooms which are not, or only partly,
permanently occupied by personally allocated workstations or work groups.

Most workstations are available for all employees and are either allocated according to specialist requirements (special office) or according to attendance (nomads). - Administration by the facility management is necessary.

Flexi working

Each person involved is free to choose his work-ing hours - and also his workstation each day.
