freely chosen.
Most
staff do not have a workstation permanently assigned to them, but

They
keep their personal work documents in a so-called "flexi case"
which is locked away in a "flexi wall" in the evening
- but also taken with them when travelling on business.
Workstations
are centrally managed and allocated to staff as required.
