The Home Office

Home offices, also "SOHO" (Small Office/Home Office) are workstations in the private homes of self-employed and dependent employees which, in practice, are of two types:

Home Office Private workstation at home; usually fully
equipped for self-employed people, simply equipped for dependent employees

In contrast to the teleworkstation, the home office is not subject to regulations laying down safety standards.

Office at home Workstations moved out from central administrations as teleworking offices of dependent employees.

Workstation equipped to be fully functional and connected to the Head Office by data networks. Often requires a second full- or part-time workstation in the Head Office.

In contrast to the private workstation in the home office, it is fully subject to current regulations laying down safety standards.
